Terms

§1. General provisions

1. The Strong For Life online shop, available at www.strongforlife.pl, is operated by Strong For Life sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wójtowo at ul. Serdeczna 9, 11-010 Wójtowo, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Olsztyn, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS 0000885640, NIP 7393950563, REGON 388236680, with share capital of PLN 5,000.
2. These Terms set out the rules for using the shop, placing orders and concluding sales agreements, and the rights and duties of the seller and customers.

§2. Definitions

1. Shop: the Strong For Life online shop.
2. Seller: Strong For Life sp. z o.o.
3. Customer: a natural person, legal person or organizational unit with the capacity to perform legal acts.
4. Consumer: a customer who is a consumer under the Polish Civil Code.
5. Order: the customer's declaration of intent aimed at concluding a sales agreement.

§3. Placing orders

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the shop's website.
2. To place an order, the customer must provide the data needed to fulfill it.
3. After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirming its acceptance.
4. The sales agreement is concluded when the seller confirms acceptance of the order.

§4. Prices and payments

1. All prices in the shop are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
2. The customer may pay online via Przelewy24 or on delivery when choosing InPost courier delivery with cash on delivery. Przelewy24 is operated by PayPro S.A., with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887.
3. The seller reserves the right to change product prices, but such changes do not apply to orders already placed.

§5. Delivery

1. Orders are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
2. Orders are fulfilled within 1 to 5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
3. Delivery costs are shown to the customer when placing the order.

§6. Right of withdrawal

1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the product is received.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer should inform the seller of their decision electronically or in writing.
4. Payment will be refunded no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal statement.

§7. Complaints

1. The seller is liable for the goods' conformity with the contract under applicable law.
2. Complaints can be submitted electronically to kontakt@strongforlife.pl.
3. A complaint should include customer details, a problem description and the remedy requested.
4. The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

§8. Customer account

1. Customers may create a shop account.
2. Opening and maintaining an account is free.
3. The customer is obliged to provide truthful information.
4. The customer may delete their account at any time by contacting the seller.

§9. Personal data

1. Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy available on the shop's website.
2. Detailed information on data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.

§10. Final provisions

1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
2. The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms for important legal, organizational or technical reasons.
3. Amendments do not affect the rights of customers who placed an order before they took effect.
4. These Terms apply from the date of their publication on the shop's website.
